You can also take long, shady walks and bike rides in the fabulous tree lined neighborhood. Bullard Talent, one of the best schools in Fresno, is not too far away.
We hosted a 3-day family reunion of over 30 people and there was plenty of space for simultaneous activities including barbecuing, swimming, playing catch, chasing the dog, Frisbee, baby wading pool, “hanging out” on the lawn in the front, sitting and talking on the immense back patio, trike-riding on back patio, or taking coffee on the front patio. The “U” shaped parking configuration provides ample room for guests and easy access.
One of our favorite activities is taking coffee outside on weekends and watching the nonstop playing, visiting and singing of beautiful, unusual birds and silly squirrels!
We love this house and neighborhood! We would NEVER have left if not for career-related requirements.
Old Fig Garden has its own Sheriff patrol and the area is recognized as one of the safest in the state. Old Fig Garden has a voluntary HOA $60.00 annual dues. Old Fig Garden residents pay an extra amount on their property taxes for additional services.
